If Employed:

• Vacation Sanctioned Certificate: a document bearing the company's stamp indicating vacation clearance
• Payslips from the last three months

If Self-Employed:

• Business evidence includes licenses, agreements, and partnership deeds.
• Company bank statement: updated and marked with a bank symbol for the past six months.
• Tax Returns for the company for the past three years

If Retired:

• Pension journal, summary, etc., as proof of retirement

If Student

• ID from a school, college, or other institution

If Minor

• Birth certificate with both parent's names on it
• Legalized consent letter 
• The other parent must legalize the permission letter allowing travel if the kid travels with only one parent.
• A notarized document of permission from both parents authorizing travel is required if the kid travels without both parents or alone.
• Death certificate: if both parents or one of them have passed away
• ID evidence: parents

If visiting a friend or relative:

• Invitation letter:
• Describing the connection to the inviter.
• The reason for the visit.
• Ensuring that the invitee will be responsible for lodging and other costs while they are.
• ID or a passport to serve as proof of the invitation 
• Utility receipt as address proof of inviter

If Sponsored

• A sponsorship letter including the visitors' names, the reason for their visit, their connection to you, the duration of their stay, the times of their travel, and any other relevant details
• Identification evidence for the host
• Address Proof of Inviter such as Passport or Resident Permit
• Address Proof of Inviter: Utility Bill 
• Recent bank statements and salary stubs as acceptable forms of identification

For Business Visa

• Introduction/ recommendation letter from the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry, a registration document for the company
• the most recent three years' worth of tax returns;
• letter from the firm presenting the businessman for visa issuance to the embassy;
• a note of invitation from a prospective local partner business in Cyprus.
